Terry R. Spencer, Ph.D., JD, received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Brigham Young University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from Utah State University. Mr. Spencer was a Senator in the Utah State Senate, serving on the Justice Committee.

Jeff D. Rifleman, JD, received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from St. Mary's University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer and Community Studies from the University of Utah. He is also a qualified mediator on the Utah Courts Roster for General Civil and Domestic Mediation matters.

Michael Haslam, JD, MBA, received his Juris Doctor degree from Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and a Master in Business Administration from UMKC as well. He is currently the President of Abundant Life Home Hospice and Health Care and staffs our Ogden office.
